The Mission of the LHSADA is to promote high standards of achievement and ethics in interscholastic and extracurricular activities and empower members to create better relations and sportsmanship among member schools.

The LHSADA will host the Louisiana Athletic Directors Conference on January 27-28, 2026.

The Louisiana High School Athletic Directors Association was created with the consent of a representative group of athletic directors and with the approval of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association. The LHSADA is a sub-group of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association, and all rules of the LHSAA must be observed by all member athletic directors.
